    1. Factual Opinion Because it stole 💯% from other horror movies . Go watch it and you tell me keep the list – It, Poltergeist, A Nighttime on Elm Street 5 the dream child, Exorcist. And look a list of Marilyn Manson music videos and tell me Valik the Nun don’t remind you of him

  1. God Dam it… and this is the one movie I decided to buy tickets for to take my mom this Saturday becuse she loves the Conjuring movies >.<

    1. Just because someone else didn’t like doesn’t mean you will! Form your own opinion and go see it for yourself. Hate when people change their minds on a movie just because someone else didn’t enjoy it.

    2. ricky spanish Yeah that’s what I’m gonna do. Not even gonna tell the people who are going with me that the critics are trashing this movie cause then they’ll be looking for the flaws instead of just trying to enjoy the movie.

  2. They set up the nun in the conjuring 2 to be an awesome movie but looks like they really screwed it up. Looks like a Netflix movie for me.

  3. Okay the dialogue was weak af, but I definitely found it scary. I thought there were some really beautiful shots as well

    1. Bobby Edwards I really enjoyed the scene where all the nuns are praying “ave Maria” that to me I felt Taissa acted the hell out of that scene. The first jump scare with frenchie scared me cause I wasn’t expecting it to come at that angle.

  4. I knew it would suck even before it was released. The studio are milking the Conjuring series and it’s getting stale and cliche.

  5. *sign* it was a disappointment, yes it is. This doesn’t even feel like rated R. But, I like French guy and of course how everything is connected to the conjuring.

  6. I will watch it anyway. I have watched loads of great movies but even the bad ones I usually find something to like. It takes alot for me to really resent a movie.

  7. Tbh I thought the setting and the story were fairly decent, acting was fine. The jump scares were too obvious too aswell. If they’d have made the Nun less of a jump scare object and more of a creepy presence that truly chills you to the bone when you know it’s coming or even already there then that would have made the film much better

  8. For those who haven’t seen it should absolutely go and see it for yourself instead of watching people review about the movie because in the end Its there own thoughts

    1. Kimberely …that’s an absolutely brilliant insight !! if everyone followed your advice, there’d be no reason for reviews, AND NO REASON TO MAKE GOOD MOVIES.

  9. Went out this eve to see it. My opinion matches your own. They also used the Nun not prominent enough.

    Weak as Annabelle1.

  10. This movie was awful. From the first scene of the nuns going into a dark foggy hallway. B rated movie at best. This is 2018…no reason to have this kind of sloppy work. We walked out.
